“Vivo” intends to launch the “S15e” phone for the economy class

Vivo, the Chinese smartphone maker, has officially unveiled its new phone, “Vivo S15e”, due to be launched in China within a few days, which comes in the “budget-friendly” economic category that attracts young people greatly.

The company announced some specifications of the new phone on its website, where the upcoming “S” series smartphone appears in three different color options, with a water drop notch screen.

According to the specifications revealed by the company, the Vivo S15e dual SIM (Nano-Sim) phone comes with a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of FHD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels).

The phone includes a fingerprint sensor integrated into the screen.

The new phone runs on the “Android 12” operating system directly from the box, with the traditional “Vivo” interface, “OriginOS”, and is powered by an eight-core processor at a frequency of 2.8 GHz.

The company did not reveal the type of processor as a form of suspense, but previous leaks indicated that the phone tends to use the “Exynos 1080” processor developed by “Samsung”.

The Chinese company’s announcement included three types of random access memory (RAM) for the phone, starting from 6 GB up to 12 GB, and three internal storage options starting from 128 GB up to 512 GB.

The phone, which carries the code number “V 2190A”, includes several sensors, such as the gravity sensor, distance and lighting.

Furthermore, the new phone houses a 4,605 ​​mAh battery with a 66W fast charger.

The phone also weighs about 190.8 grams, as it supports fifth generation (5G) networks.

As for photography, the Chinese company revealed that the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with an 8-megapixel secondary camera and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

As for selfies, the phone comes with a 16-megapixel camera.

According to the teaser for the upcoming phone, the smartphone will be officially launched in China on April 25, along with the “Vivo X80” series.

Reports said that the launch event may also witness the launch of two other models of the “Vivo S15” phone, “S15” and “S15 Pro”.
