* VTB reports net profit under IFRS of 26.8 billion rubles ($298.7 million) for October, and net profit of 402.8 billion rubles for January-October;
* VTB is expected to achieve record profits of more than 430 billion rubles this year, according to CFO Dmitry Pyanov;
