Berlin (energate) – The Federal Association of Consumer Organizations (VZBV) is taking action against price increases by the district heating suppliers Avacon Natur and Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke with injunctions. According to the VZBV, the companies used inadmissible price clauses in their sometimes drastic price adjustments, the consumer protection organization said.
