Wafaa Guessouss has been appointed president of Injaz Al-Maghrib. She succeeds Laila Mamou who held this position for seven years.
“The board of directors of Injaz Al-Maghrib met on Thursday, June 15, 2023 under the chairmanship of Mrs. Laila Mamou in order to review the operational activities of the Association at the end of May and to decide on the financial result of the Association on December 31, 2022. At the end of the meeting, Ms. Mamou asked the board to be relieved of her mandate as director and president of Injaz after 7 years of mandate”, indicates a press release from the Association adding that the Board took note of the resignation of Ms. Mamou from her position as Director and President of the Association.
“The administrators warmly congratulated Ms. Mamou for her commitment to young people and the quality of her achievements during these years,” notes the same source. In addition, all of the administrators expressed their encouragement to the new president for carrying out the Association’s mission with young people.
