Books – Wael Tawfik:
The artist, Wafaa Makki, revealed her dissatisfaction with what happened to the artist, Hisham Selim, on social media in his last days, while she was hosted on the “Kalam El Nas” program on the “mbc Egypt” satellite screen.
Makki said: “I know, we spent a long time filming the White Banner, we traveled with each other and lived together, between Cairo, Alexandria and Jordan, and I saw how beautiful his manners are, and Adam’s children are beautiful and good, and whoever is inside him is in his condition, no one, he had a nice need. He sells it, and he doesn’t sell it.”
And she added: “I am upset because of the treachery in the other, forbidden, why is that? I mean, I received a comment, a little while, they will go down with him to the grave while he is being held accountable, and his son and not his son, O group, are we in what or what?, and I was close to him and I knew what he is a human being He is a grandfather, and he does many good and sweet things, strong, without anyone feeling them, they are difficult for me, may God have mercy on him, Lord.”
And she continued: “Mercy, mercy, is sweet and strong, and this is a death that has forbidden him and has prestige, and this is only what happened in it. It has reached the stage of social media. I do not have anything to do with it at all. I feel that it harms more than it soaks, violates the sanctities of people, interferes in the smallest details and without limit. He knows something, all of this is in order to make a percentage of viewers, medicine and why? It is forbidden, may God ask you this money, do you know something about Wafaa?, so that you talk about their privacy.”
It is reported that the artist Hisham Selim left our world at the age of 64 after a struggle with lung cancer.
