Still with a view to attracting and retaining employees, the Order believes that in addition to salary increases, the year 2022 could be marked “by sustained investments affecting all working conditions”. In particular with the deployment of a hybrid model, between telework and face-to-face work, or with the implementation of initiatives in the field of mental health and well-being.
