A man who seems to take pleasure in masturbating in front of complete strangers in a park in the Saint-Hubert sector, in Longueuil, is actively sought by the police.
The suspect, aged around 30, is said to have raged several times over the past few days and weeks at Parc de la Cité, a large tree-lined green space located on the edge of Davis Boulevard.
According to the authorities, the individual would have “tried to attract the attention of the victims” on several occasions so that they saw him masturbating or exhibiting his genitals.
The wanted man travels sometimes on foot, sometimes by bicycle. He speaks in French.
During his first crimes, the individual had blond hair, but these would now be short and dark in color. He is approximately 1.78 meters (5 ft 10 in) tall and weighs approximately 84 kg (185 lb).
Longueuil police released very clear images of the suspect from surveillance cameras on Tuesday.
