And he added, “The Al-Sadd striker continued the process of moving his head towards the Al-Wakrah defender, who was waiting for the ball, and could not stop because he was coming to the competition, and therefore there is no penalty kick violation and the referee’s decision is correct, because both players were competing for the ball, and the cause of the injury falls on the Al-Sadd striker.”

As for not calculating the goal of Baghdad Bounedjah, the Al-Sadd striker, Al-Sharif said: “There was a player behind Bounedjah in a clear offside position, but I think Bounedjah was in an offside position, that is, ahead of the last second defender with his head, at the moment of executing or playing the nearby free kick. From the touch line to the penalty area.
And the former international referee concluded his speech, “This is what appears by scrutiny. Despite the inaccuracy of the shot, because the angle of the camera is not on the same line with the last second defender.”
