Al-Marsad Newspaper: A contractor owner of “Shafak Al-Bunyan Channel for Construction Projects Management” revealed on YouTube a new idea in the design and extension of plumbing in one of the villas under construction in Al-Sahafa neighborhood in Riyadh.
The contractor said: “A nice idea in a villa in Al-Sahafa neighborhood, which is that the owner installed a separate room from the villa on an open floor sitting on all sides, such as the garden, and descended 3 degrees from the level of the courtyard, and put rain drainage and sewage in it.”
He pointed out: “The idea of the session is beautiful. A room above it has a crossing through the first floor that crosses over to this independent room, in the form of an external block below which there is a session,” pointing out: “The independent room has views of the back garden and the front street.”
He continued: “The owner of the villa wants the plumbing pipes to be exposed on both sides, i.e. what has a casting on it, and a block for the pipes is not built on it, because after the plastering, he wants to install cement board on both sides and then paint, and therefore he can perform maintenance on the pipes at any time.”
He continued: “Hanging plumbing opposes air conditioning in many matters and lowers the ceiling level, especially when it is closed to walls, where only a meter is revealed.”
