This comes within the framework of the state’s efforts to provide a decent life for citizens in Upper Egypt, and he participated in the opening of a number of new projects in the governorate, and he was keen to meet a number of citizens in the villages of a decent life..

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi inspected decent life projects in the village of Al-Maasara, which is the first model village in which 100% of decent life projects have been completed in the center and city of Mallawi in Minya Governorate..

More than 1,500 volunteers from the National Coalition for Civil Action lined up to receive President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in the village of “Al-Maasra” in Minya Governorate..

During the tour, President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi saluted the volunteers in appreciation of their efforts within the projects and initiatives in the villages of Decent Life in the centers and governorate of Minya, which sought to improve the standard of living of citizens in the villages most in need.

At the end of President El-Sisi’s visit to Minya Governorate, President El-Sisi directed the government to immediately implement the following measures:

Firstly:

Expedite the preparation of a package to improve the income of workers in the state’s administrative apparatus and those with special cadres, as of April 1, 2023, according to which the employee’s income increases by a minimum of 1,000 pounds per month.

secondly:

Increasing the minimum wage for state workers, as follows:

For the sixth degree and its equivalent, it will be worth 3,500 pounds per month.

For the qualitative third degree and its equivalent, to be worth 5,000 pounds per month.

– For holders of a master’s degree who work in the country, to be worth 6000 pounds per month.

– For holders of a doctorate degree who work in the state, to be worth 7000 pounds per month.

Third:

Increasing the pensions paid to their owners and their beneficiaries, to be 15%, as of April 1, 2023.

Fourthly:

Raising the tax exemption limit on annual income from EGP 24,000 to EGP 30,000 annually, as of April 1, 2023.

Fifth:

Increasing the financial categories granted to the beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama programs by 25% per month, as of the beginning of April.
