Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Emir of Al-Qassim explained that one of the reasons for the rise in real estate prices is that the costs of the infrastructure of the plans have become entirely on the developer.
He said during an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel: “The infrastructure in many schemes and its complete preparation has become the responsibility of the developer, whether asphalting, lighting or other things, and he obtains these expenses from the consumer.
He added, “The demand is also high, as we have a large population, and perhaps the supply is less than the demand, and this is what makes prices rise.”
He pointed out that the Kingdom is facing a real estate boom and is working to limit the rise in real estate prices.
