Al-Marsad newspaper: “Al-Marsad” newspaper obtained an exclusive video clip documenting the moment a person damaged car tires using a sharp object, in Al-Sahafa neighborhood, north of Riyadh.
The video showed a person carrying a bag and walking on a public street near a number of cars parked in front of houses, then approached a red car and damaged its tires using a sharp object.
The video – which was documented by a surveillance camera – showed the man rushing to leave following he damaged the car’s tires.
In the same context, sources told the “Observatory” that the person who appeared in the video was a mental patient and had previously threatened the vehicle’s owner with death.
The sources added, that the man threatened to burn the car in previous times and then damaged the tires, pointing out that the police were informed and he has not been arrested so far.
