A new fraud is trying to trick you into sending you a text message on your cell phone.
In this case, the scammers are trying to impersonate representatives of Netflix Canada and tell you that your account has been suspended due to non-payment.
You must then click on a link to restart your subscription.
However, this link takes you to a platform that asks you for your personal information.
Citizens have also received this type of text message from scammers posing as Revenu Québec.
