But she wanted no one to know about her illness, as it is a period and it will pass, to return after it in order to practice her work normally, but it was the last period in her life.

However, His Excellency Zayed’s suffering with the disease did not last long, as she passed away less than a month after entering the intensive care room, at Al Salam International Hospital, before being transferred to the Maadi Hospital for the Armed Forces.
After moving away from the artistic community, His Excellency Zayed relied on the “farm”, which was the source of her livelihood, according to Hala Sedky, who lives next to her, where the late artist used to raise livestock, but recently she felt a desire to sell the farm.
The will of His Excellency Zayed, and after her death, the sister of His Excellency Zayed carried out her will in 2016, and opened an exhibition that includes all the paintings of the late artist, in the presence of Dr. Khaled Sorour, Head of the Fine Arts Sector.
In the exhibition, all the pictures and drawings, a total of about 22 paintings, were placed by His Excellency Zayed before her death at the Mahmoud Mukhtar Museum.
