Al-Marsad newspaper: Social media pioneers circulated a video clip, documenting the moment a family adopted a girl, in order to raise her.
The video clip showed that a number of people were inside an orphan care and sponsorship, and an official handed the girl over to the head of her new family.
The child’s sponsor embraced and kissed her, then gave her to his wife, who did the same with her, amid calls for success and blessings from those present.
The official who handed over the girl to the family said: “The girl has passed her trust to you and her mother. May God bless you, God willing, and compensate for the years that have passed. She is raised in your honor.”
