Waterloo CPAS: Dealing with Cyber Attacks and Security Threats

In addition to the cyberattack that occurred last week, the Waterloo CPAS experienced another problematic situation a little over a month ago. According to an anonymous source, a man burst into the building and threatened an employee with a weapon.

It later turned out that the weapon in question was a warning pistol.
