We developed a plan to provide the army with solar energy “if they heard from us”…

Former Defense Minister Yaqoub Al-Sarraf tweeted on his Twitter account:
“One of the projects that I developed when I was Minister of Defense, a plan to supply the Lebanese army and all its institutions with electricity from energy generated from sunlight. We inspected 62 buildings and barracks. We drew up the plan and printed it in May 2017. “If you heard from us and responded to us, we would have fled the country. The enemy has preceded us. Oh I wish you listened.”
He attached it with a photo that includes the cover image of the plan he talked regarding, which was published in May 2017, and what was published by the Israeli enemy media regarding the launch of a similar plan in the Israeli Ministry of Defense more than a year later.
