Al-Marsad Newspaper: The founder and chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Saudi Geologists”, Professor Abdulaziz bin Laboun, said that we have areas, seismic foci and volcanic craters inhabited by people and they must be expelled from them.
He added during an interview with the “Yahla” program: There were craters of volcanoes in the Kingdom inhabited by people, but they were evacuated from the place and a new city was established for them.
He pointed out that there is a type of building in Japan that is compatible with the absorption of earthquakes, pointing out that the first people used to build houses from stone, then put wood and build on top of it, and these wood absorb the tremors, meaning that they do not collapse, break or topple.
