Al-Marsad Newspaper: The citizen Ahmed Al-Buhairan in Sakaka complained that his house had turned into a groundwater pool, adding: “My house has become water under which rivers flow, and my children and I are in danger.”
He said during an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel: “The problem began years ago with water leaking from the bottom of my house into the street,” noting that he believed that the source of water leakage was from inside the house, but after excavations and tests, it turned out that the source was from other areas, and it appears to be from Random extensions made by neighbors.
He added, “Water leakage led to cracks in the house, and subsidence in the floors and yard.” He continued, “My house now has rivers flowing under it.”
He pointed out that it was discovered that some of the neighbors do not have water meters, but they connect random extensions from some tanks.
He pointed out that he submitted a complaint to the Emir of Al-Jawf region, and the Emir received him warmly, and ordered the formation of a committee, and indeed the committee did the inspection, and as soon as they saw a low area, and the neighbors in a high place, they said the water was moving from high to low.
