Well-being and mental health: how to identify emotions – A morning for everyone

Koncha Pinós Pey is a Spanish neuroscientist who will be in Córdoba on March 26 and 27. The wellness and mental health teacher will be presented at the UNC Argentina Pavilion in a free proposal.

Pinós Pey is currently director of Contemplative Studies in Barcelona.

In dialogue with chain 3the neuroscientist told what the proposal that will take place at the UNC in a few days is regarding: “What we are going to do is teach the Argentines what is the degree of well-being they have, how to maintain it and make it grow”.

Pinós Pey tells that the wellness has 189 components and can be farmed. Anyone can learn from it and the learning windows occur before the age of 3, adolescence or before some traumatic situation.

“The changes that can be incorporated into the person have to do with attention, concentration and the ability to see what is happening with emotions, regulate them and identify them.”

“All the conclusions obtained are neuroscientific to expose the advances in the subject”, affirms Pinós Pey.
