Products and services, banking transactions and telecommunications were the charges he pleaded guilty to more complaints the Union of Consumer Workers of Greece in 2023.

  • Banking Transactions: 25.86%
  • Telecommunications: 25.48%
  • Utilities: 8.75%
  • Real estate: 2.66%
  • Tourist Services: 2.28%
  • Miscellaneous: 1.52%
  • Insurance Contracts: 0.76%
  • Food: 0.76%

The Union of Consumer Workers of Greece underlines that in 2023, it managed all the complaints it received, bringing consumers financial and moral benefit while providing them with personalized information and guidance on their rights

Finally, it notes in its announcement that “the consumer can resist and claim”.
