– A coordination and control center located in Istanbul
A joint command and control center will be established in Istanbul, the capital of Turkeyto monitor operations and resolve any disputes.
It will be carried out by delegates from the parties involved: a Ukrainian, a Russian, a Turk and a UN representative, who will be assisted by their respective teams.
They will be responsible for establishing the schedule of ship rotations in the Black Sea.

The inspection of the ships that transport the grain constitutes a requirement of Moscow that he wanted to make sure that weapons were not simultaneously delivered to Ukraine.

The Russians and Ukrainians agree to respect the shipping corridors through the Black Sea, free from any military activity.

Upon their departure from Ukraine, the ships will be escorted by Ukrainian vessels (probably military) opening the way to the exit to Ukrainian international waters.
– Four months renewable
The agreement will be signed for four months and will be automatically renewed. Currently, there are between 20 and 25 million tons of grain in the silos of the Ukrainian ports and it is planned to evacuate about 8 million tons per month, so this time should be enough to evacuate the stock.
– A counterpart for Russian cereals and fertilizers
A memorandum of understanding must accompany this agreement, signed by the United Nations and Russia, guaranteeing that Western sanctions against Moscow will not affect grains and fertilizers, directly or indirectly.
