Joe Nguyen is such a real Viennese. He talks like his mouth has grown. As a chef and poster boy – there is a huge self-portrait hanging in his bistro – in his small shop Bánh Mì Vienna on Faulmanngasse in the fourth district, he doesn’t just serve smack, but also really good Vietnamese sandwiches.
