As the Ford Performance team prepares for one of the most critical years in living memory, the Mustang GT3 team has been preparing for the first big race of 2024: the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Cameras have had full behind-the-scenes access to capture every element of the evidence and this documentary series is the result, titled “Mustang Endurance.”

Capturing the drama and dedication required to compete on a global level

From the rain of Sebring to the heat of Barcelona and from the north of England to the south of the United States, the team developing the new Mustang GT3 has experienced it all as they prepare to have the new Mustang GT3 ready for its debut in January at the iconic Rolex 24 at Daytona.

In this 5-part series starting December 15, we hear from all the key players, including Global Sports Car Manager Kevin Groot and Multimatic Motorsports leader Larry Holt, from the drivers and teams whose job it is to make the Mustang GT3 at the top of the timing charts for the engineers, designers, engine builders and technicians whose work is so crucial to making the magic happen.

As part of this, Ford is narrating the journey like a runner would prepare for a marathon, focusing on developing the body (chassis and aero), the heart (engine) and the mind (the people who make it all happen), where the Episode 5 will document our first Marathon: the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

However, not everything is going well. There are tough moments to deal with along the way, but this documentary shows all the pieces of the puzzle coming together as the team races to be ready for the two-hour-a-day event in January at the iconic Daytona track.
