According to their social networks, a track change device did not work correctly so it was necessary to evacuate the area to avoid an accident while transporting users. Due to this, it was necessary to disable the San Joaquín, Polanco, Auditorio and Constituciónntes stations, so there will only be service from El Rosario to Tacuba and from Tacubaya to Barranca del Muerto.

In addition to this, the internal transport authorities indicated that there will be RTP units outside this section to help passengers reach their destinations: “In support of people who travel on Line 7, there are RTP units, from Tacuba to Tacubaya in both directions. Locate them outside of out-of-service stations. Technicians continue working on the revision of the track change device on Line 7, so service is not offered from San Joaquín to Constituciónntes. The train service operates in 2 circuits: Rosario-Tacuba and Tacubaya-Barranca del Muerto.”
