On the last weekend of July in St. Petersburg it is quite fresh, and in some places it is also wet. Blame the cyclone that frolics over the White Sea.
According to the Hydrometeorological Center, more than 19 degrees Celsius on July 30 is not worth waiting for. There will be little rain.
Mikhail Leus, a specialist at the FOBOS weather center, adds that the humid and cold air is driven into the city by a cyclone, the center of which is located over the White Sea.
Sunday will be a little warmer.
