ANAF organizes 8 seminars in August through which it tries to help taxpayers regarding the application of legislation on various topics.

Main themes:
- The procedure regarding the redirection of the profit tax/income tax of micro-enterprises and the regularization of the tax difference that was redirected in addition;
- Issuance of the Fiscal Residence Certificate, the Certificate regarding the attestation of the tax paid in Romania by foreign legal entities and the issuance of the Certificate regarding the attestation of the activity in Romania by the permanent headquarters/designated permanent headquarters of a foreign legal entity;
- The fiscal regime of the microenterprise income tax;
- Fiscal treatment of dividend income obtained by Romanian legal entities and individuals;
- Tax on income obtained from Romania by non-residents;
- Virtual Private Space – registration of individuals and legal entities;
- Establishing fiscal residence for natural persons;
- Fiscal treatment from the point of view of income tax and mandatory social contributions applicable to the income obtained from meditations granted privately by natural persons.
The duration of the seminars is 2 hours and they also have a question/answer session.
Registration is done directly on the portal and it can be done up to the date and time of the start of the seminars, within the limits of available places.
