One of the coolest things about Apple Watch is that you can collect awards/medalswhich are given when you achieve exercise progress, finish a special challenge or win a competition with another user, for example.
The table with these medals is located within the Fitness app on the iPhone and can be checked at any time, in addition to being possible to share them with other users or social networks.
But what if you enjoy collecting them and, for some reason, they aren’t showing up? With that in mind, we’ve put together some tips below to help resolve just that.

- Please allow up to 48 hours to see if the badge will appear in the Fitness app.
- Some medals are only available in certain regions. If you want, however, you can easily change the language and region of your watch and iPhone so that they appear and you can complete the challenge.
- Make sure “Health” is turned on in your iCloud settings. To do this, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name (at the top) and go to “iCloud”. In the “Apps that use iCloud” section, choose “Show All” and see if “Health” is turned on.
- Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are updated to the latest versions of their operating systems.
- On iPhone, open Settings, tap “General” and “Software Update”.
- On your Apple Watch, open the Watch app on your smartphone, select “General” and “Software Update”.
- Make sure both devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) are close to each other and connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your iPhone and/or Apple Watch.
- Try restoring your iPhone and Apple Watch to factory settings. In the case of the watch, for example, this occurs automatically, as soon as it is unpaired from the phone.
