WhatsApp: How to report a community [iPhone, Mac e web]

We’ve already talked about it here MacMagazine about one of the most recent news of the WhatsAppas Communities. For those who are not yet familiar with the feature, they allow you to house several groups that are under the same category — in all, 50 groups and 5 thousand participants can be included.

Because if you have been placed in a community without your consent or even believe that it violates the platform’s terms of service (such as spreading spam or false news), know that it is fully possible to report it.

Keep in mind that with this you will not receive a notification if it is banned or under review after you report it. Also, no participant in it will receive a notification when a report is made.

Next, see how easy it is to do this!

How to Report a WhatsApp Community on iPhone

Open WhatsApp and tap on the “Communities” tab. Then select the one you want to report and select their name (at the top of the screen). Then, at the bottom of the list, tap on “Report group” and choose between “Report and leave” or just “Report”.

The messenger makes it clear that, when making the complaint, the last five messages received will be forwarded to him.

How to Report a WhatsApp Community on Mac and Web

Open WhatsApp and click on the communities icon at the top. After selecting it, access its data (by clicking on its name at the top) and go to “Report group”. Finally, confirm that you want to leave the community and clear the conversation and go to “Report”.

Easy, don’t you think?! ????
