WhatsApp launched a new function to publish “secret statuses”: what it is about

WhatsApp, Meta’s messaging service that remains the most widely used in the world, launched a new tool so that all its users can post photos, audios or videos in your statuses and share them privately and only with some contacts.

This new option for user states offers the possibility of set the display of this content to only a select group of contactsdepending on what is diagrammed by the account holder himself.

1. Open the app
2. Go to the “WhatsApp States” option
3. Select the content you want to share and then, at the bottom of the screen, select the “contacts” tab
4. Once there, choose with whom you want to share the states. In this step, you should opt for the option to exclude everyone except someone
5. Then you have to select the person and, immediately afterwards, publish the content
