The latest beta version of WhatsApp (24.1.10.70) brought a new feature (still under development, of course) related to the possibility for users to customize the application’s main color.

Although not yet available to all testers, information from WABetaInfo revealed that, soon, it will be possible to choose between five different shades for the app’s interface: verde, azul, gray, rosa or purple.

With the function, users will be able to match their style and make the messenger’s visual experience more comfortable. In addition to customizing the app to your liking, this option can also benefit those with visual difficulties.

Yet according to WABetaInfo, the Meta messenger would have plans to expand this customization feature with the ability to change the color of conversation bubbles in the future. The site, however, did not say when the new functions should be officially launched.

Last month, WhatsApp began testing a function that will allow you to share audio from music and videos during video calls. In addition, it began testing a new Status tab with filters to organize updates vertically.
