Yes, Final Fantasy 14 will be released on Xbox Series X|S as an open beta on February 21, 2024. This was announced during Final Fantasy XIV’s Tokyo Fan Fest in January 2024, and the game’s producer Naoki Yoshida warned fans that this date is “subject” to change.
After its initial announcement on stage with Xbox CEO Phil Spencer during the 2023 Las Vegas Fan Fest Keynote, Square Enix has remained quiet about the beta release until now.
