When you grow up shows people residing at the Ehpad who meet children. A clash of generations that also takes place in reality.

At the Ehpad, everyday life is not all rosy. When you are olderby Andréa Bescond and Éric Métayer, presents an overheated staff who manage the residents in the emergency and the shortage.
