There are increasing rumors that the mother of Vladimir Putin’s child is in Switzerland. According to official information, there is no trace of the woman.

Here in Switzerland, the former gymnast does not exactly meet with much approval. An online petition urges her to leave Switzerland and return to Russia so she can “join her leader.”
Taskforce deals with the woman
The “New York Post” was the first newspaper to report on the alleged whereabouts and, like the English “Mirror”, stated that, according to witnesses, Kabaeva was staying in a highly secured Swiss chalet in the Alps or in the mountains of Lugano.
Where the woman is actually located and whether this could cause any damage to Switzerland was discussed on Thursday in the federal task force, as “RTS” is quoted by “RSI”.
“The Federal Department of Justice and Police has no indication that this person is in Switzerland,” it said. “The necessary controls have been carried out.”
Nevertheless, some tabloids suspect that the Russian is still in Switzerland in secret and perhaps under a false name. According to rumours, Kabaeva could be found not only in Ticino, but also in Gstaad, in Graubünden or in the most exclusive areas of the Zurich region.
