The Habau construction company is the contractor for the Signa Lamarr project, the new building of the former Leiner House on Mariahilfer Straße in Vienna. This is expected to become a luxury department store and hotel by 2025. Habau is responsible for the shell and concrete construction. This is 99 percent complete, says Habau managing director Hubert Wetschnig in an interview with OÖN. The project is controlled by a Signa project company.
