Which socket to plug in a Japanese Switch in France?

Bonjour,

I think I know the answer but I would like confirmation from someone.

I bought a Switch in Japan and I already know that with the dock you have to put an adapter. But is it necessary to connect the Switch directly?

When I’m on the go, I don’t necessarily want to take the dock with me and with my old Switch, I plugged it in live when I was elsewhere.
