Emmanuel Espinoza, a 21-year-old university student, murdered his mother Elvia last Saturday, April 6 at his home located in the city of Frostproof, about two hours from Orlando, Florida.
According to authorities, the 46-year-old teacher was stabbed more than 70 times by her son, who attacked her at the door of her home while she was talking to another family member.
Besides, Minutes later Espinoza confessed his brutal crime through a 911 call, which caused surprise and indignation.
“As soon as he murdered her, he dialed 911 and immediately confessed to the operators”revealed Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
After being detained by authorities, the young student allegedly said he loved his mother; However, several times he had thought about killing her because she “irritated him.”
“You know, I have wanted to kill my mother for many, many years because she got on my nerves.”he assured.

At his graduation ceremony, Emmanuel thanked God and his brothers, whom he called “the best of all time” and He expressed his gratitude to his mother for “sacrificing so much and being the perfect role model”according to a recently revealed video.
According to authorities, Espinoza had no history of mental illness or substance abuse. and was rated “remarkably brilliant” in his fourth year of medical studies at the University of Florida.
