Why: Graffiti

Everywhere you go, in any place, the walls of public buildings and even private residences “crumble” under tasteless and sometimes even obscene graffiti. It’s really intolerable, especially since repainting a wall is extremely expensive, when you risk finding the same scene the next day when you wake up.

So, to these artists, go exercise your talents under viaducts and bridges. It won’t cost the community anything and you can practice at your leisure.
