Suddenly this youngster was sitting in front of the altar of Vienna’s Karlskirche with a vintage shirt, nail polish and guitar – and was enthusiastic regarding his song Stargazing the public. The appearance at the Vienna Popfest 2021 made the then 15-year-old Oskar Haag suddenly known in the local music scene. With dreamy melancholy he sings regarding love, pain and hope. And he asks questions that concern young people just as he says – only overdramatized.
