Why return to the moon 50 years later?

Forgotten for 50 years, the moon is once more the object of all desires. If the Americans want to come back to it today, it is above all for political reasons. A treaty, passed at the UN in 1967, prohibited them from claiming ownership of the moon. But so far, no one else has been there, so the problem did not arise. Today the situation has changed.
