Elvis Manu moved from Feyenoord to Brighton & Hove Albion in 2015, where he played fourteen matches. At the time, the club was still playing in the Championship, the second tier of England. “But they were really ready for the Premier League,” Manu remembers. “It was a very warm club, with friendly people who welcomed you well. I think this club is a very nice continuation of Wieffer’s career.” What does Manu remember regarding the city of Brighton? “It’s a city by the sea. A very nice city, where you want for nothing. I lived in London myself, which is not very far away. Also great.”
