CEO Florestan von Boxberg and CFO Harold Kostka had been considering this step for four to five years, now the two managers are getting down to business: by the end of the year, Wintersteiger’s four business areas – skiing, seed drills, wood and straightening machines – are to become independent companies converted and brought together under a Wintersteiger Holding.
