Like every month, Microsoft has just released the very latest patch for Windows 10 and 11. On the program: you will finally be able to install the update… from last month.
There are two types of updates on Windows PCs, the big updates which fundamentally transform the system, and the others, those which arrive every month, and which mainly correct security vulnerabilities. These are called “Tuesday” patches because they are always released on the second Tuesday of the month, and one of these was released the day before yesterday, both on Windows 11 and Windows 10.
A month ago, some Windows 11 users received an error message that prevented them from installing the latest update, often when the update was at 96%. So this month’s patch corrected this error in this update titled KB5035853/KB5035854, which will allow affected Internet users to catch up not one but two months of security fixes.
Apart from that, it should also be noted that 36 security vulnerabilities, including two considered critical, are corrected by this new security update on Windows 11. And it is almost the same for the equivalent update on Windows 10, with 36 security vulnerabilities.
