MediaTek expands its Wi-Fi 7 portfolio with new chipsets for mass devices
MediaTek, one of the first companies to adopt Wi-Fi 7 technology, now has the most complete Wi-Fi 7 portfolio, with today’s announcement of the new family of Filogic 860 and Filogic 360 solutions. The Filogic 360 is a single and independent chip with Wi-Fi 7 2×2 and dual Bluetooth 5.4 designed to offer the best connectivity for high-performance equipment, such as smartphones, PCs, notebooks, set-top boxes, OTT streaming devices and lots of other equipment.

• Selectable tri-band, with Wi-Fi 7 2×2 and speeds of up to 2.9Gbps
• 4096-QAM and MRU support
• Compatible with 160MHz channel bandwidth
• Filogic Xtra support, improving coverage area with unique Hybrid MLO solution
• Dual core Bluetooth 5.4 support, for games and other applications
• BLE audio with integrated DSP for LC3 codec support

The first samples of MediaTek Filogic 860 and 360 solutions are being delivered to MediaTek customers, with full-scale production expected in mid-2024.
