Obesity – obesity – is rightly referred to as a widespread disease. More than 650 million people worldwide suffer from obesity. At the top are Mexico with 75.2 percent, Chile with 74.2 and the USA with 73.1 percent of the residents. Portugal and our neighboring country Hungary are tied for fourth place (both 67.6 percent).
