Yusuf Demir’s future remains uncertain. There should be more than a handful of interested parties who would be able to pay the approximately ten million euro transfer fee sought by Rapid. However: The 18-year-old himself should want to return to Rapid following the failure of a fixed transfer to Barcelona. His contract in Hütteldorf runs until summer 2023.
