A wonderful smell is already filling everyone’s nose. The wooden table is set with potato salad and oven-fresh garlic baguette. And the guests scurry around the apartment and wait hungry for the feast. What is missing now? What goes perfectly with a barbecue?
Depending on your taste and the type of meat, we suggest: a classic Welschrieslnig from northern Burgenland or a fruity cuvée from the south. Do you and your loved ones like it a little more sparkling? The Frizzante rosé from the Manfred Weiss winery tickles the nose and palate and is also ideal as an aperitif for toasting. Do you like to dip grilled food, garlic bread and cheese in various dips and sauces? The fruity pumpkin chutney and the fiery, hot chilli sauce are perfect companions for a convivial evening.
