Eligible to participate are consumers within the meaning of the KSchG from the age of 18 who are neither employees of the cooperation partner nor the KURIER or companies affiliated with it. The winner(s) will be determined from all submissions received in good time by drawing with the exclusion of legal recourse and will be notified personally; beyond that, no correspondence will be conducted about the competition.
It is not possible to redeem material or service prizes in cash; their use or claim is always at the risk of the winner(s). The competition organizer assumes no liability for data transmission defects during participation or specific properties or functions of the prizes provided by third parties; Warranty claims or claims for damages due to alleged performance defects are to be addressed to the specified cooperation partner (manufacturer/supplier). The winner(s) is/are responsible for paying any taxes or other statutory duties associated with the prize.
The transmission of incorrect data in the course of the competition, as well as any attempt at manipulation, e.g. concealed multiple entries by the same person, can lead to the person concerned being excluded from further participation. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any time, particularly due to technical or legal problems.
Note on data protection: The participants’ data will be processed by the competition organizer in accordance with the data protection declaration under kurier.at/datenschutz collected and processed for the purpose of processing the competition and, if necessary, for the purposes of direct as well as for any evaluation of personal behavior and interests for the purpose of efficient direct marketing measures. You can object to data processing for direct and behavior/interest evaluation at any time with effect for the future (see below for contact details). In order to process the competition, it may be necessary to pass on the data of the participants to partners of the competition organizer (e.g. to hand over the prize), which uses this data exclusively for this purpose. In any case, the data of the participants will not be passed on to other third parties (responsible persons) without their consent.
