Microsoft released a major update at the end of September with several new features, but contrary to what we thought, it is not the definitive version of 23H2, also known as Moment 4, as it was clarified later that a new update would be released by the end of 2023 with other improvements.
Now ISO download links for version 23H2 have appeared on Microsoft’s official website, indicating that the final version should be released soon.
The download links were found by the Deskmodder portal in the TechBench repository. The following versions were listed:
Windows 11 23H2
Windows 11 23H2 Home China

Although the links are already active, the download is blocked and shows an error message when trying to download the ISO of both versions. This is normal behavior for repositories that will be used soon, as Microsoft does not want the ISOs to be leaked before the official release to everyone.
However, you can now access the new features of Windows 11 23H2 through the Windows Insider program by participating in the Release Preview channel. To do this, simply access the Windows Insider portal, sign up for the program with your Microsoft email and then access Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program on your PC.
