Windows 11 Volume Mixer gets updated with new, more intuitive interface

Microsoft seems to be listening to users when it comes to implementing functions claimed for a long time in Windows 11. This time we are talking regarding the system Volume Mixer, which should gain a look similar to that of EarTrumpet, an application that gives more intuitive control of volume for connected devices and media playing.

As we can see in the image above shared by Tom Warren on The Verge, Windows Volume Mix will allow you to select which device the sound will be played on and even adjust the volume of each open application on the computer.

This function was already possible with EarTrumpet, but it required installing it and running an additional application when starting the computer, which was not ideal, but fortunately Microsoft seems to have changed its mind.
